The General Tree Care Team are the muscle of our operation. This position pays $25.00-$34.00hr depending on years of experience + paid PTO + paid benefits and 401K The Crew Lead position is an additional level of specialty for select individuals who have demonstrated leadership qualities and received approval from the local branch management to provide direction in a work crew setting. Specific knowledge includes: TCIA Crew Leader Training Program, Crew Safety, Personal Safety, Hazard of Inexperience, and ability to check off levels equal and below.

SavATree is looking to bring on landscape technicians to apply knowledge of plants, trees, and grasses in installing, growing, pruning, and fertilizing shrubs, trees, and flowers. They also use knowledge of aesthetics to creatively design gardens, walkways, installation of walls, steps, sitting areas, and other functional aspects of outdoor areas. Duties can include making sure plants grow well in their assigned area as well as cleaning up debris around yards and other areas. Pay range is $17-$22hr based on experience.
