The Project Manager for Shared Services and Field Operations Enablement is responsible for leading cross functional initiatives that improve how field operations, fleet, IT systems, and shared services operate together at scale. This role focuses on operational execution, standardization, and system enablement that directly supports branch level performance, safety, productivity, and customer experience. Reporting to the Director of Continuous Improvement, this role serves as a critical connector between centralized teams and field operations. The Project Manager ensures initiatives move from concept to execution with discipline, transparency, and measurable results.
