Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Well Driller to join our Delaware team. In this role, you will operate drilling rigs, maintain equipment, and perform physical tasks such as setting up rigs and handling materials. You will be responsible for drilling and casing, installing well components, and following all safety protocols. This position requires mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
What a Day is Like
You will spend your day on-site as part of a team, operating drilling rigs, installing wells, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly. You will lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and follow strict safety procedures. Your work directly impacts the quality and efficiency of the well installation and service provided to our clients.

• Valid well driller license in the state of Delaware (required at hire)
