Position Summary

SavATree is a rapidly growing, high-end residential lawn maintenance company dedicated to maintaining the beauty and health of our clients’ landscapes through expert care and innovation. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Maintenance Manager to oversee our residential lawn maintenance operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of landscape maintenance management—from customer relations and scheduling to workforce supervision and operational planning. You’ll lead a team of 15–20 employees, ensuring that every project is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard of quality.

What a Day is Like

  • Manage customer relationships through timely and professional communication

  • Schedule and route maintenance crews to ensure efficient operations

  • Hire, lead, train, and manage field staff while promoting a culture of safety and excellence

  • Oversee daily maintenance operations including supply orders, inventory control, and equipment upkeep

  • Manage contracts, invoicing, and ensure all billing is accurate and completed on time

What Kind of Person We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance management

  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of 15–20 employees

  • Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, and Word; strong operational and scheduling skills

  • A degree in Turf, Entomology, Plant Sciences, Horticulture, or related field preferred

  • Contractor’s license, pesticide license, or Certified Plant Professional designation a plus (not required)

  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

  • Enjoys process improvement, efficiency, and continuous improvement

  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. repeatedly and work outdoors in varying weather conditions

  • Valid driver’s license required

Work Environment

  • Frequent standing, kneeling, walking, pulling, reaching, stooping, and bending on uneven or turf surfaces

  • Work with hand tools, small and large engine equipment, skid steers, and loaders

  • Use of personal protective equipment such as hearing protection required

  • Exposure to dust, grease, odors, mechanical and electrical hazards, and various weather conditions
