Position Summary
The Regional Office Manager is a high-impact operational leader accountable for ensuring consistent and efficient office and administrative operations across multiple SavATree locations. This role goes far beyond basic office management you will lead, develop, and align administrative teams across branches, serving as the central link between local operations, sales, service delivery, and corporate functions.
You will drive standardized processes, elevate client experience, and ensure branches operate with discipline and scalability. Success in this role requires strong people leadership, multi-site management experience, and the ability to implement systems that keep pace with SavATree’s growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct leadership and oversight to administrative and office staff across multiple locations
- Standardize, implement, and enforce administrative best practices across branches (scheduling, invoicing, client service protocols, compliance, reporting)
- Partner with Branch Leaders, Sales Managers, and Service teams to ensure seamless client experience across markets
- Manage onboarding, training, and development of administrative teams across all assigned sites, building a culture of accountability and operational discipline
- Lead multi-branch reporting, performance tracking, and process improvement initiatives
- Serve as escalation point for client or internal issues, ensuring resolution and alignment with corporate standards
- Support HR and Finance with branch-level compliance, payroll inputs, onboarding, and audit readiness
- Drive operational consistency across branches while maintaining flexibility for unique market conditions
About You
You are a proven multi-site leader who thrives on building structure, developing people, and ensuring operational excellence across locations.
- 7+ years of office or operations management experience, with at least 3+ years overseeing multiple locations or large teams
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated success developing and managing distributed administrative teams
- Expertise in standardizing workflows, implementing systems, and managing performance across sites
- High financial acumen: ability to interpret reports, manage invoicing, track budgets, and deliver operational insights
- Excellent communication skills—capable of influencing across all levels of the organization
- Tech-savvy and process-oriented, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM/ERP systems, and reporting tools
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or related field preferred
Physical Requirements:
This role may require frequently lifting and/or moving up to fifty (50) pounds.
