The human resources team are our subject matter experts, providing guidance and consulting to our business partners and all employees, supporting the business at large. As we continue to grow, our human resources team provides initiatives and strategies that continue to align with our company’s strategic goals and initiatives, while ensuring employment satisfaction.

What a day is like:

The Leave Administration Human Resources Specialist position will be responsible for assisting employees at all levels, responding to general HR inquires. You’ll be a super user of our newest onboarding system and take ownership over the new hire onboarding process. This position will focus heavily on leave administration without use of a third party but you’ll also maintain personnel files & I-9s, track & monitor retention, respond to unemployment claims, and prepare verification of employment letters. This position will also coordinate benefits administration including additions, terminations, changes, etc. as well as administer the DOT registered driver program. You’ll also have the capacity to support the growth of the company by administering all pre and post HR functions associated with acquisitions.

  • Someone with a bachelor’s degree, preferably in a Human Resources or related field is prefered

  • Someone who values problem solving and helping others
  • A proficient user of an HRIS system (UKG Pro is desirable) or willing to dive in and learn
  • Open to travel (15-20%) to support new partnerships as needed.

What is essential:

  • Valid Driver’s license with clean DMV record
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

  • These physical demands described must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of the job, the employee is subject to frequently lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds.

Salary up-to $85,000/year depending on experience.
