Job Title: Landscape Sales
Location: Pineville, NC
Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 base salary, plus guaranteed and uncapped commission

As a Landscape Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, developing strong customer relationships, and overseeing landscape installation projects from start to finish. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building trust, creating solutions, and leading teams to deliver exceptional results.
What a Landscape Sales Representative Does at SavATree:
- Build and grow a book of business by identifying, pursuing, and securing new landscape installation projects.
- Meet with clients to understand goals, prepare estimates, and deliver professional proposals.
- Manage the full project lifecycle—planning, scheduling, budgeting, and overseeing field crews.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within landscaping, construction, or related industries.
- Knowledge of landscape installation practices, materials, and project management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines while keeping clients informed.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for exceeding expectations.
