DRIVER/EQUIPMENT OPERATOR JOB DESCRIPTION
The Driver/Equipment Operator is a key team member serving our customers. This year-round position handles tree spade operations and other key activities completing a variety of interesting jobs each week. Equipment training is provided.
WHAT A DAY LOOKS LIKE:
In this position the Driver/Equipment Operator utilizes skills and specialized training with our specialized trucks and equipment. Interfacing with a variety of other different position in the organization, the position provides opportunity for learning and growth in the green industry.
SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The ability to run various types of equipment, who enjoys working outdoors
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years driving experience with a clean driving record
- CDL license
- The responsibility and independence to work autonomously
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills to understand and meet client needs
