Key Responsibilities:
- Team Support: Assist the spray technician with daily tasks, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Physical Duties: Safely load buckets and equipment and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Field Operations: Spray properties using a hand-pump backpack sprayer and help set up flags to mark treatment areas.
- Reliable Communication: Be dependable, reliable, and maintain strong communication with team members and supervisors.
Training and Compensation:
- Wage Progression:
- $18-$21 hour, depending on experience.
- Experience is not required
- Advancement in compensation is promoted based on performance
Preferred Experience and Requirements:
- Experience: A background in outdoor work, pest control, landscaping, or a related field is a plus.
- Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required.
