ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for assisting in the coordination and execution of tree plantings and tree relocations
- Responsible for maintaining trees and shrubs on-site throughout the planting process
- Responsible for maintaining equipment including , mini-skids, excavators, and skid steers
- Daily planning to ensure optimum job efficiency and effectiveness
- Use and operate tools, equipment, and vehicles used in the planting and delivery process
- Assist in the set up and maintenance of nursery facility
- Inspect, safely load, handle, and transport nursery stock
- Support the Landscape Foreman in providing the highest quality end product to our clients
- Must be able to operate landscape maintenance equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist in filling orders for customers and company operations
- Maintain landscape and delivery vehicles in clean and organized working order
- Perform other manual duties to maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Complete and manage daily paperwork including vehicle inspection reports and work orders
- Must be punctual, responsible, and dependable
- Comply with all company policies and regulations
- Communicate with customers and co-workers in a polite and courteous manner
- Must possess a willingness to learn and exhibit adaptability
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials and be willing to work long hours on occasion when needed.
- Basic measurement and calculation skills
- Excellent observation skills and a strong attention to detail
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently with little supervision, and as part of a team
- Assist in the production, bagging and palletizing of mulch products
- Assist with Yard Maintenance including mowing of grounds and light landscaping
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Must possess a valid Colorado driver’s license
- Must pass company driving test
- Must be able to operate machinery safely

This position pays between $22-27/hr + benefits + PTO
