Position Summary
The Door-to-Door Sales Representative involves direct engagement with potential customers in residential and commercial sectors to promote and sell our irrigation systems (installs, maintenance/repairs), snow removal, and lawn care. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for building relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting & Territory Development:
- Conduct door-to-door visits in designated neighborhoods and business districts.
- Identify and target potential customers based on demographic research and area analysis.
- Sales Presentations & Consultative Selling:
- Deliver engaging, informative sales presentations to homeowners and business owners.
- Clearly explain the features and benefits of RainMaster's products/services, tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
- Customer Engagement:
- Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients.
- Professionally respond to questions and address concerns.
- Lead Management & Follow-Up:
- Collect and maintain accurate contact information and detailed records of interactions.
- Follow up with prospects via phone, email, or additional visits as needed to close sales.
- Reporting & Market Feedback:
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, pipeline progress, and sales results.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market trends and customer preferences.

High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

Physical Requirements
