Overview
Position Title: Fleet Coordinator
Location: Pineville, NC (in-office)
Status: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: $65,000-$75,000 Per Year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Purpose of the Role:
The Fleet Coordinator supports all administrative functions related to SavATree’s fleet of trucks and equipment. This role works closely with branch employees, state agencies, vendors, and other fleet team members to ensure smooth operations and uphold a high standard for fleet management.
Essential Functions of the Role:
- Proactive state vehicle registration renewals
- All processing activities related to fuel cards
- Handle toll violation processing
- Maintain and update data in the SavATree Fleet Information Management System
- Support Telematic installation and hardware ordering
- Create and process purchase orders as needed to support fleet operations
- Perform other tasks as required by business needs and management
- Creation of purchase orders for registration renewals
Qualifications for this Role:
Required:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of vehicle registration processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Experience with titling and registration processes
Preferred:
- Advanced Excel user
- Commitment to continuous improvement
- PowerPoint proficiency
- Experience managing fuel card systems
- Expense reporting experience
