What a day is like: Our Arborist Assistant's focus is to provide sales support through making outbound sales calls, performing lead generation, creating proposals, scheduling appointments, maintaining multiple sales calendars. Also printing daily routes, call ahead, responding to clients routing questions, posting routes, requesting additional stops for specialist if needed and handling fall offs, ultimately resulting in timely delivery of service and high customer satisfaction.  They provide world-class customer service by answering incoming customer calls, Printing daily routes and responding to routing questions. Creating and maintaining positive rapport, the position further supports the branch location by administering the customer database and files, completing paperwork accurately and efficiently, and providing general administrative and office support to Sales Arborists. They are our team of “detectives”; looking at each plant disease/infestation as a puzzle they can’t wait to solve. This role provides the opportunity to work outside and visit beautiful properties in your community. What a day is like: The Plant Health Care focus is on ensuring the health and well being of trees and shrubs on a clients’ landscape in a specific territory. This involves monitoring, diagnosing, and treating any pest and/or disease infestations occurring on the property. Plant Health Care is responsible for selecting the most appropriate product or treatment for each problem. Additional activities include interacting with our clients, educating them with written diagnostic reports detailing the conditions on their landscape, as well as ensuring complete customer satisfaction. What a day is like: As an Office Manager, your focus will be to lead, train, and support the sales and service team in the office. You and your team will respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, as well as assist the sales force with marketing calls. In this position you oversee all aspects of daily office operations including invoicing, scheduling, data entry, as well as order and maintain all internal office equipment and supplies. You will support your specialists in the field by tracking and reporting on performance, while also supporting the corporate Human Resources team by completing all necessary employee paperwork during employment.
