What a day is like: Daily focus is working together on a General Tree Care crew to provide high quality tree care to our clients. What a day is like: The Plant Health Care focus is on ensuring the health and well being of trees and shrubs on a clients’ landscape in a specific territory. This involves monitoring, diagnosing, and treating any pest and/or disease infestations occurring on the property. Mechanic - Diesel/ Tree Crew

As a mechanic your focus will be to ensure that all equipment and vehicles are ready and working as needed through proper completion of repairs and maintenance.  You’ll accomplish this by communicating and coordinating major repairs and maintenance with Managers, as well as listening to specialists and reading Vehicle Inspection Reports and prioritizing your work. You’ll be responsible for ordering and receiving parts and supplies, as well as the proper completion of paperwork for the office and vendors. Whenever possible, you’ll train field specialists on equipment maintenance and vehicle operations.  You’ll do it all while maintaining a safe and orderly work environment in the Shop and in the Yard. This year-round position handles tree spade operations and other key activities completing a variety of interesting jobs each week. These industrial athletes work together to provide high-quality tree care, helping to maintain and preserve the overall health of our clients’ landscapes. In this role as a Groundsperson, team members have the opportunity to work outside and visit beautiful properties in their community. The Tree Care team applies expertise in climbing, pruning, and safety to ensure the health and well-being of each client’s landscape. What a day is like: Daily focus is working together on a General Tree Care crew to provide high quality tree care to our clients. The Tree Care Team is involved in all aspects of pruning, removals, cable bracing and other concepts related to tree care. Team members are able to safely operate all equipment and perform the assigned job tasks while also providing excellent service to our clients.
