This is an independent, field-based role where you will play a pivotal part in learning the business from the ground up while directly contributing to its growth. As you gain expertise and drive expansion, there will be opportunities to build and lead a team in the future. In the meantime, you’ll have the full support of our management team as you take ownership of service delivery, client relations, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
- Hands-On Fieldwork & Service Execution
- Conduct thorough on-site assessments to evaluate deer activity and identify optimal treatment areas.
- Apply deer repellent treatments using environmentally responsible methods that prioritize wildlife safety.
- Ensure all work meets industry standards and complies with environmental regulations and wildlife protection laws.
- Manage daily routes efficiently to maximize effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
- Business Growth & Development
- Independently manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring top-tier service and proactive engagement.
- Work closely with leadership to identify growth opportunities and expand service offerings.
- Develop relationships with clients and local stakeholders to promote brand awareness and market expansion.
- Future Leadership & Team Building
- As the business grows, contribute to the development of hiring and training processes for future technicians.
- Mentor and guide future team members, ensuring best practices in service delivery, route management, and client relations.
- Client Communication & Reporting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed service records, including treatment applications, site assessments, and client interactions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management to continuously improve service strategies.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant Experience: Background in wildlife management, pest control, landscaping, or environmental services preferred.
- Self-Starter Mentality: Comfortable taking ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of deer behavior, repellent products, and application techniques is a plus.
- Growth Mindset: Excited to learn the business and take on additional responsibilities as it expands.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage with clients professionally and effectively.
- Field Efficiency: Comfortable working independently in outdoor, field-based environments.
- Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with environmental laws and industry best practices.
