Assistant Spray Technician

Job Summary

SavATree is in partnership with NY Deer Control.

The Assistant Spray Technician is an entry-level support role responsible for providing direct assistance to the Spray Technician. This position requires dedication, teamwork, and a strong work ethic to ensure daily operations are completed efficiently and effectively. The Assistant Spray Technician is an essential contributor to preparing materials, maintaining equipment, and supporting field activities.

This position pays $20/HR plus benefits, PTO, and 401K.

Our natural, environmentally friendly deer repellent keeps plants protected while also keeping people, pets and pollinators safe. Since 2007, thousands of customers have relied on us to keep their landscapes safe from deer damage, and our results speak for themselves. 

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

Our Field Technicians are the heart and soul of our business. You will be working outdoors applying our deer repellent to client’s landscapes that need it throughout New York. 

 

Additional duties of the job include:

-Driving a company vehicle from jobsite to jobsite

-Maintaining and cleaning the spray equipment to the company standard

-Engaging with and answering questions from clients at the application site in a professional and courteous manner 

-Licenses/Certifications-Clean Driver’s License required
