The Landscaping Crew Lead/Foreman is an additional level of specialty for select individuals who have demonstrated leadership qualities and received approval from local branch management to provide direction in a work crew setting. Specific knowledge includes: Knowledge of plants, trees, and grasses in growing, pruning, and fertilizing shrubs, lawns, bushes, trees, and flowers. They also use knowledge of aesthetics to creatively design gardens, walkways, sitting areas, bridges, and other functional aspects of outdoor areas.
This position pays up to $27.00hr depending on experience + paid PTO + paid benefits, 401K.
What a day is like:
Daily focus is working together overseeing a Landscaping crew to provide high quality tree care to our clients. The Landscaping Team is involved in all aspects of pruning, removals, planting and other concepts related to landscaping. Team members are able to safely operate all equipment and perform the assigned job tasks while also providing excellent service to our clients.
