Chief of Staff

Job Summary

SavATree is seeking a highly organized and strategically minded Chief of Staff to serve as a trusted partner to the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman. This role will drive alignment across executive priorities, manage key projects, streamline communication across departments, and provide direct administrative and operational support to the leadership team. The Chief of Staff will play a critical role in ensuring strategic initiatives are executed efficiently while maintaining a continuous improvement mindset across all business processes.

Reports To: CEO and Executive Chairman
Classification: Exempt / Salaried, Full-Time
Location: Bedford Hills, NY (in-office)
Salary: $120,00-$150,000 Per Year
Travel: 20%

Purpose of the Role:

SavATree is seeking a highly organized and strategically minded Chief of Staff to serve as a trusted partner to the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman. This role will drive alignment across executive priorities, manage key projects, streamline communication across departments, and provide direct administrative and operational support to the leadership team. The Chief of Staff will play a critical role in ensuring strategic initiatives are executed efficiently while maintaining a continuous improvement mindset across all business processes.

Essential Functions of the Role:

Strategic Planning
Support the CEO and Executive Chairman in developing, executing, and tracking key strategic initiatives aligned to corporate goals. Ensure priorities are clearly communicated and operationalized across business units.

Project Management
Manage cross-functional projects by coordinating resources, tracking timelines, and ensuring timely and successful delivery of critical initiatives.

Communication and Coordination
Serve as the primary liaison between the executive team and departments, consolidating updates and ensuring clear and timely communication across the organization.

Policy Development and Process Improvement
Assist in drafting and refining policies and operational procedures to drive efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across the business.

Meeting Coordination and Executive Support
Organize executive meetings, manage agendas, capture and distribute minutes, and oversee follow-up actions. Provide full calendar, travel, and scheduling support for the CEO and Executive Chairman.

Resource Allocation
Assist in analyzing resource needs and help coordinate deployment of talent, technology, and tools for priority initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement
Build trusted relationships with internal teams, external partners, and key business stakeholders to support business objectives and strategic initiatives.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Track KPIs and other critical metrics. Prepare executive dashboards, business reviews, and board materials to support performance visibility.

Problem Solving and Opportunity Identification
Identify challenges, operational gaps, and opportunities. Recommend and support solution-oriented strategies for executive decision-making.

Administrative Support
Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO and Executive Chairman, ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day executive functions.

Candidate Profile:

  • 5 to 7 years of professional experience in executive support, strategic operations, project management, or business administration roles
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and operational initiatives with a high degree of precision and urgency
  • Strong experience supporting strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and business reporting activities
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interface effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Skilled at identifying inefficiencies and proposing scalable, sustainable solutions
  • Technologically fluent with experience using project management tools, executive reporting software, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trusted relationships and manage confidential information discreetly
  • Bachelor's degree required; degree in business, economics, operations management, or a related field preferred

Physical Environment:

Traditional office environment.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to sit for extended periods, lift up to 10 lbs. and navigate/use computer system.
  • Mental and Visual Demands: flow of work and nature of duties involve normal coordination of mind and eyes much of the time.
