What a day is like: As an Office Manager, your focus will be to lead, train, and support the sales and service team in the office. You and your team will respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, as well as assist the sales force with marketing calls. What a day is like: Daily focus is working together on a General Tree Care crew to provide high quality tree care to our clients. The Tree Care Team is involved in all aspects of pruning, removals, cable bracing and other concepts related to tree care. As a member of a high performing team, the Consulting Arborist will serve as the subject matter expert to current and future SavATree clients in the science and practice of Arboriculture. They will use their authoritative knowledge and perspective on tree and other plant life to develop and execute comprehensive plans to include appraisals, inventories, evaluations, and assessments in an ethical and objective manner. Through their work, they will grow the SavATree client base throughout the assigned region, contributing to the financial health and growth of the SavATree brand. What a day is like: Our Arborist Assistant's focus is to provide sales support through making outbound sales calls, performing lead generation, creating proposals, scheduling appointments and maintaining multiple sales calendars. They provide world-class customer service by answering incoming customer calls, creating and maintaining positive rapport, and processing payments.  The position further supports the branch location by administering the customer database and files, completing paperwork accurately and efficiently, and providing general administrative and office support to Sales Arborists. Our Arborist Assistants will also participate in call monitoring and coaching sessions for training and quality support purposes.  What kind of person are we looking for?  Someone with: A desire to learn and grow within the business and Arboricultural industry Associates degree or higher preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including excellent telephone manner and customer service skills Previous success with outbound calling Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Internet and Database systems desired (we will train you on our programs) Experience with AR, AP, Payroll, HR, Benefits, multiline phone systems 2+ years of experience in sales/marketing a plus An eye for excellence. What a day is like: The Plant Health Care focus is on ensuring the health and well being of trees and shrubs on a clients’ landscape in a specific territory. This involves monitoring, diagnosing, and treating any pest and/or disease infestations occurring on the property. Plant Health Care is responsible for selecting the most appropriate product or treatment for each problem. Additional activities include interacting with our clients, educating them with written diagnostic reports detailing the conditions on their landscape, as well as ensuring complete customer satisfaction. What kind of person are we looking for: A desire to grow, craves opportunity, loves problem solving and process improvement A Degree in Arboriculture, Urban Forestry, Horticulture, Plant Science, Plant Pathology, Environmental Sciences, Landscape Management, Turf-grass, or similar experience preferred.
