Administrative Assistant
Schedule:
7 am - 4 pm. Monday-Friday, with one Saturday monthly. Or Tuesday-Saturday for the Spring/Summer/Fall season.
What a day is like:
The Administrative Assistant's main focus will be to provide sales support through making outbound sales calls, lead generation, assisting with proposals, scheduling appointments and maintaining multiple sales calendars. They provide world-class customer service by answering incoming customer calls, solving customer service issues, assisting with AR and processing payments. The position further supports the Boulder branch by maintaining the customer database and info, completing paperwork accurately and efficiently, and providing general administrative and office support to our various other departments.
