Key Responsibilities

• System Administration: Manage daily operations of the Dynamics 365 CE platform, including user accounts and system health monitoring.
• Implementation Support: Lead or assist in implementing Dynamics 365 CE solutions tailored to business needs.
• Configuration and Customization: Design forms, workflows, dashboards, and plugins to enhance user experience.
• Data Management: Maintain data quality, oversee migrations, and ensure seamless system integrations.
• Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.
• Training and Support: Develop training materials and deliver user training to ensure effective system utilization.
• Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports and dashboards for actionable business insights.
• System Upgrades: Plan and execute updates to ensure optimal performance with minimal disruption.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Administrator, including involvement in multiple implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
• Proficiency in Power Automate, workflows, and customizations.
• Experience with system integrations using Power Platform or APIs.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Preferred: Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform.

Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000/year, depending on experience. Full benefits, 401k, and PTO included.
