Overview
SavATree LLC seeks an Operations Manager in Rockville, MD. Responsible for day-to-day logistics including scheduling and coordinating field personnel. Coordinate and schedule work assignments for lawn care technicians. Maintain and manage inventory of equipment and supplies for all GTC, PHC and Lawn services. Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance, including safety processes and perform safety audits. Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service issues. Must have 6 years of experience in the job offered, climber, landscaper or related role in horticulture. Must have the following gained through education or experience: 1) Experience with sustainable lawn care practices. 2) Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in lawn care operations. 3) Maintaining inventory of supplies and materials, including fertilizers, pesticides, and equipment parts. 4) Training staff in the best practices and safety procedures in the lawn care industry.
